In addition to providing our business expertise, we act as project managers on behalf of the client, to accompany the entire process – from initial planning to operational follow-up – as a permanent point of contact with quick decisions.

Together with everyone involved, we will, if necessary, draw up a feasibility study, set the timeline and milestone, take care of the organization and preparation of relevant data, and conduct a due diligence on the buyer side, or accompany it for the seller.

Our goal is to create a basis for decision-making based on conscientious, analytical preparatory work, which ultimately leads to a successful transaction for both parties. In doing so, we attach particular importance to the coordination of all parties involved in the M & A process on the basis of careful communication and documentation.
