Our job

Schnürer & Company GmbH has been operating since 1998 in the metropolitan area of ​​Munich, Dingolfing-Landau, Altötting, Mühldorf am Inn and Berchtesgadener Land.

We advise  executivescompanies and public clients on business-strategic issues: strategy development & evaluation, realignment, expansion, acquisition, relocation, corporate sales and succession.

Furthermore, as a general contractor, we also take over operative project management for the above-mentioned topics as well as multi-project management in corporate development & regional development and regional management.

We are always attentive to new trends and developments in order to provide our clients with added value and a competitive edge over the competition on the market. For some time now, Schnürer & Company has been a member of the Bavarian business plan competitions “BayStartUP” (formerly “Munich BusinessPlan Competition”) and BusinessPlan competition “IdeenReich”. Behind BayStartUP are the “Förderverein innovatives Unternehmertum Nordbayern e.V.” and the “Förderverein innovatives Unternehmertum Südbayern e.V.”. The common goal is to promote the establishment and growth of sustainable, successful Bavarian companies.

In addition, we are a member of the Federal Association of Mergers & Acquisitions e.V.. The BM&A is an association and an advocacy group of M&A experts from companies that have set themselves the goal of promoting process thinking and the exchange around M&A. The big goal of the BM&A is the improved exchange of experience at the operative M&A level and as a result a significantly improved performance in M&A. The association pursues its goals across institutions and disciplines and internationally. They also wants to increase the visibility of M&A among the general public through a shared effort.
